Winter MOOSE-$290 - $315
Come join MOC on a winter MOOSE style trip!!! We will be going to the Bark Lake Leadership and Conference Centre for the weekend to participate in fun winter activities and true Canadian experiences. This trip is open to both exchange students and other McMaster students. We will be staying in cabins at Bark Lake in the evening and out in the winter snow during the day. We will be cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and other fun winter activities!! We will also be trying Maple Syrup Taffy in the snow, a true Canadian experience!!! This will be a trip you don't want to miss!

Grand Canyon Hiking Trip [Feb 14-24th, 2019] *REGISTRATION NOT YET OPENED*
(approx ~1450$ for member, 1550$ for non member)
Come hike the GRAND CANYON this February reading week. We will be flying into Flagstaff, AZ and spending a couple days doing hikes around there and Sedona (and maybe Havusu Falls!), before beginning our incredible 5 day, 4 nights back-country hike through the Grand Canyon. We'll spend the last night of the trip in Las Vegas, and fly out to Pearson early on the 24th.
Since this is a challenging trip, and the hiking portion requires good physical fitness, anyone wanting to sign up for the Grand Canyon Trip MUST pass a trip-screening test
Meet in front of the DBAC main entrance with a weighted pack/knapsack. The weight should be comparable to what you expect to bring on the trip (I.e. put in some big textbooks).

Whitewater Kayak Pool Sessions [November 18 2:30-4:00pm]
Get out in the McMaster pool and try out kayaking! There is plenty of space for beginners and experienced paddlers alike, along with people to help you learn whatever you're working on! See the McMaster Whitewater club page for sign-up!

All trips include a MANDATORY pre-trip meeting to discuss
the route, borrow any gear needed, and to sign waivers.
Cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of the club presidents. In some cases we will be able to provide a full/partial refund based on the reason given and if we can fill your spot. However, please be cognizant of the fact we have bought everything for the trip well in advance.
